A Deeper Movement & Sound Experience

CONNECTION

Immersions bring together a group of people to share a deeper movement experience. A space to move alongside others while staying rooted in your own experience.

PRESENCE & EMBODIMENT

Slow down, listen inward and connect with the intelligence of your body. With extended time to move and explore, immersions allow the body to settle and open in ways that shorter sessions rarely allow.

EXPANSION

As the journey unfolds, movement opens new pathways for expression, awareness and freedom in the body.
