MONDAY SESSIONS
The Monday Sessions are our signature sessions.
This is our movement laboratory, where we develop our movement language through guided exercises and curated music.
Can be combined with Deep Rest (book further down).
Every Monday 18 - 19.30 at Praxis.
DEEP REST WITH SOUNDSCAPES
Sometimes it might be easier to rest, meditate and find peace with others. This session combines gentle slow movements and guided meditation with soundscapes.
Available as a standalone session or after Monday Sessions.
Every Monday 19.30 - 20.00 at Praxis
MONDAY SESSION + DEEP REST
Move first. Then rest.
Book the full evening experience and stay for both sessions.
GET BASED
Get out of your head and into your body with this 60 minute session. Through a combination of breath, simple movement explorations, and carefully curated music, you’re invited to shift your attention from thinking to sensing.
Feel your foundation, connect to your own beat and empower your breath.
Currently available at Studio13 and The Sage.
Each studio offers its own version of the session.
